Marketing

Photos – We have particular order with how we arrange the home photos. Like a buyer pulling up in front of a home for the first time, then entering the entrance, we stick to a logical order. We also choose a number of photos that don’t overwhelm the buyer.  We also make adjustments with the photos from time to time based on feedback from visiting buyers and agents. If the property has a flaw, such as an un-landscaped area, we can create a rendering on how that could look with some improvements.

Drone shots is another type of photography we use. We have our own drone to take shots during various times of the day. Video photography is also something we have done, but we find the photos are the most important.

Floor Plans and Property Layouts – Clear visual floor plans help buyers better understand the flow of the home.

Targeted Digital Marketing – Online promotion through real estate websites and digital advertising to reach active buyers.

Clear Communication Throughout the Process – Ongoing updates on buyer feedback, market activity, and negotiation strategy.

Exposure to Buyers and the Real Estate Market – Marketing and exposure, although separate in our steps, go hand in hand. Signage, open houses and the MLS my fall under “Exposure” but are also part of the marketing plan ahead of time before the home actually hits the market.
